Will I make it back to my ship on time?
Absolutely. All our cruise shore excursions are timed to return you to the Mega Pier at least 1 hour before your ship's scheduled departure. Our guides monitor departure times and adjust accordingly.
Where do I get picked up?
All tours meet at the Mega Pier cruise terminal in Willemstad. Your guide will be waiting with a sign as you exit the ship. The meeting point is within a 2-minute walk from where you disembark.
What if my ship arrives late or the port schedule changes?
We monitor all cruise ship arrivals in real-time. If your ship is delayed, we'll adjust the tour timing. For cancellations due to port skips, you'll receive a full refund.
Can I bring my own snorkel gear?
Yes! But you don't need to. All water-based excursions include quality snorkel equipment at no extra charge.
Are the tours suitable for children?
Most of our shore excursions are family-friendly. Each tour listing includes difficulty level and age recommendations. Beach and snorkeling tours are especially popular with families.
